Sirs,

We have a C app that runs in a subsystem.  It just sits listening on a
socket, waiting for work.

Our problem is ending the job when the subsystem ends controlled.  Is there
anyway to monitor for this event from within the app ?  We use the function
SHTDN in RPG programs, but can't figure out if we can use it from C.
