Hello Rich,

Check the jolog for other messages.  I have experienced a similar
problem when debugging a serviced job and the problem was insufficient
authority to an IBM debug program.   Other possibilities:

        o Insufficient authority to the program
        o Insufficent authority to the source
        o Source no longer where module object was compiled
