Chris, I have skills in both RPG and COBOL - although for the past 3 years I have been predominately working in COBOL. I have done noY2K work - COBOL or RPG they have all been high level projects. I own a consulting firm and while I do see more requests for RPG there are still several for COBOL as well. Most of our staff is "bi-lingual" which is seen as a real benefit by our clients generally. If I have to write a "quick fix" program or a program dealing significantly with date manipulation I would prefer to use RPG. I enjoy both languages however. Lori Hainey Hainey Business Systems, Inc.
