Take a look at "OS/4000 CL Programming".
Visit also NEWS400 site where you may find a book on the matter.
If you do need to quickly start , copy an existant CLP and try to
understand.
CLP does a lot more than JCL: in order to simply translate a JCL you need
only a few CLP commands.

Oggetto: I think I need some help

I think I need some help. I found this list serching the web on COBOL/400
but I think my problem is realy with CL.

I've been working on an AS/400 just since yesterday; I come from an MVS and
I'm urged to start producing (an analisis about the current printing sistem
of the company) but I don't have any idea about CL, which in this case is
used with COBOL.

I'm used to JCL and I'm trying to gess what the comands do but I'm not as
fast as I need.

Do any one know about a good site on Internet where I can find a general
description of basic comands on CL?
