WITH DUPLICATES
FILE STATUS IS FILE-STATUS.
Move SchoolYear to LogicalKeyYear.
START File KEY NOT LESS THAN EXTERNALLY-DESCRIBED-KEY.
READ File NEXT RECORD.

Hi! I haven't work much with the Start statment with the Read. Can
someone explain it to me with an example.
In the program I am writing, I need to point to the first record
containing the school Year and Term that I input and then summarize
counts by date.
