Eric,

You can use the STRING statement to combine the values in to a combined field 
for
printing.

       STRING CA-CITY
               DELIMITED BY "  ",    <-- Note 2 Spaces in quotes
              ", "
               DELIMITED BY SIZE,
              CA-STATE
               DELIMITED BY "  ",    <-- Note 2 Spaces in quotes
              SPACE
               DELIMITED BY SIZE,
              CA-ZIP-CODE
               DELIMITED BY SIZE,
              INTO DL-CITY-STATE-ZIP
       END-STRING.

NOTE 2 Spaces are needed due to city or state names with two words (ie New York)
