In the SPECIAL-NAMES paragraph specify a LINKAGE TYPE clause for the
procedure with a USING DESCRIBED phrase.
This is mentioned as an IBM extension in the ILE COBOL Reference under the
CALL statement and the USING phrase of CALL; and also under the
CONFIGURATION SECTION LINKAGE TYPE clause.

Hi,
I am trying to pass operational descriptors from ILE COBOL module to an ILE
C based module. Unfortunately, I am not sure how to do this. Can some one
point me in the right direction?
