Try OPTION(*LSTDBG) and I think you'll find STRDBG OPMSRC(*YES) works.

It appears that the Source Interactive = Debugger cannot be used with
COBOL/400 utilizing embedded SQL. = The compile option *SRCDBG isn't
available with the CRTSQLCBL = command. Is this the case or is there a
method to create a = debuggable SQLCBL object?
