Hello Niraj,

Good Evening!
I have an answer to this question.
We were given the following information during our initial days of training.

Actually the system was initially designed to accommodate/provide services
to a maximum of 400 users synchronously.

Thus AS/400 holds for Application system initially designed for 400 users.

I am also curious to hear more comments from experts.

In as/400 i know application system but what is the significance of 400.Is
this any I.C(Integreted circuit) no or what else.
