Other than calling an RPG or CL program to do the same thing - No.

But why bother?  Any alternative is going to be more work that a simple
accept/display.

Even RPG which is the simplest of the three to use for this purpose still
requires that (as a minimum) you call a built-in function to get the current
Date and Time.  Add to that the overhead of the CALL and you've saved
nothing.
