I don't think CPYSPLF actually drops any lines.
Normally what you see as blank lines when you print the report are actually
the result of the 'advancing' you specify in the program's WRITE
statements.
If you use the option CTLCHAR(*FCFC) on CPYSPLF, column one of the PF will
contain a space (for single spacing), a '0' (for double spacing), '-' (for
triple spacing), '1' (for top of page), or a '+' for no spacing. You can
then process accordingly.
