Here's one I threw together:

PROCEDURE DIVISION.
MAIN-LINE.
DISPLAY Program-Info.
DIVIDE Zero-Value INTO Five
ON SIZE ERROR DISPLAY Program-Info
END-DIVIDE.
STOP RUN.

Here's an interesting bit: without the ON SIZE ERROR clause, the PROGRAM
STATUS structure doesn't get updated, even if an error occurs. I had a
divide by zero, but without the ON SIZE ERROR, and my data structure
remained empty. I added the ONE SIZE ERROR and the data structure got
populated.
