In general, the answer is yes.
However, remember that overrides are "merged" at the time of the open.
therefore, if there is an override that exists(likely at the job level) that
is "required" be careful to reinstate it when you are the QCMDEXEC.

Call QCMDEXC with DLTOVR *JOB, then "ABC" will be "gone"
