I've always used the optional word 'of' but I think this copies member
SELECTEXUH from library IASTP089 into the program.

Ok i've seen COPY statements many times but this is the first time i've
run into this before (and try googling COPY SELECT...)
The statement is:
COPY SELECTEXUH IASTP089
The corresponding data division code:
FD EXUHFILE
LABEL RECORDS STANDARD
COPY FDEXUH
Can someone tell me in plain English exactly what this is doing? (bear in
mind i'm an RPG guy..not COBOL so simple is better)
Thanks,
Tommy Holden
