We are attempting to consume the FedEx Rate Service web service and can't seem to get the service program created from the current FedEx WSDL. I am encountering a 'Service program creation failed due to Too many qualifiers for parameter MODULE' error. It is a large WSDL with hundreds of CStubs. Wsdl2ws.xh is creating the CStubs but eventually fails due to what may be an ILE limitation.

Does anyone have any experience in setting up and consuming this web service?
