At the 2022 POWERUp conference, moving to modern code editors was strongly emphasized. There are definitely productivity gains to be had by using a modern code editor. Modern code editors will also be where new features and new functionality will show up. I personally find it advantageous to have one editor satisfy virtually all of my code editing needs (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, SQL, XML, IBMi COBOL, IBMi CL, IBMi SQL PL, .NET C#, React/JSX).
I actually use a mix of technologies. I use RDi for editing source code--though I'm trying to switch to VS Code. I am required to use green screens for our IBMi version control system. I use PDM to copy source members to other libraries and to compile programs that are not in our version control system. I sometimes use the ACS System Debugger, and I sometimes use the green screen debugger, whichever seems more convenient at the moment. But I don't use SEU at all anymore.

Hello,
Sorry, but i don't understand what this claim means:
"Cos you _really_ need to put SEU in your past!"
Why we need to put SEU in our past? Should this mean, that SEU stops work with the next release of IBM i OS ?
Kindly Regards
Roman
