From a green screen you can use the WRKDOMSVR command - place a 12 next to the name of the server and hit enter.
Page down or use the Shift F5 for position to and tyoe in the name of the file. Whne you hit enter it will take you to the file and use a 4 for remove.

Thanks for the update, however I have a question.  Just getting Lotus
running on our 400 and the only way I know to get that file is through
Operations Navigator.  I hit the following
QIBM
        ProdData
                LOTUS
                        NOTES
                                DATA

In none of those can I find 1pt$vp.803, but the console showed it had been
loaded.  I cannot access that Domino Server, (the 400) from the Domino
Administrator program, and have now stopped the 400 Domino Server.  Should
that file show up, or is there a green screen method to get to that file?
