• Subject: Who to send this to?

I am trying to figure out where to send an email if I have a problem with a
Lotus Notes web page. I tried webmaster@lotus.com and webmaster@notes.com
and they both get bounced back to me.

We have the super duper support contract and I was trying to open an
incident at their web site. When I used the pull down to tell them what
version of Notes we are on, any R5 version is not an option; just R4
versions.

I was at the website:
https://query.lotus.com/@@DlCJagQAwzecHyMA/eis/servlet/IS.eis.servlet.EIS_External.PassThrough?cust_id=2301852&hash=null&issuer=null&ip=null&exp=null&ec=null&tktid=null

And tried to create a pmr. I had the following filled in:

When I used the dropdown for version there were no R5 versions available
only R4. What's up?
