Fax for Domino 440.

Error attempting to update users mail templates with fax options.

The instructions say to copy some subforms to the following templates:
mail46.ntf, mailc46.ntf, mail50.ntf.

However, what steps are necessary for a user to get the fax options in
their user's mail file when the template they are using is iNotes5?

If they were using standard templates, and the process worked, then they
would get:
- Fax to field on Memo form
- Fax Options button on memo form

I tried to open up a pmr via the web but got tired of the 'Retain Error 10'
message.
