This is a multipart message in MIME format. -- [ Picked text/plain from multipart/alternative ] I am assuming you are talking about internal Notes mail, try this: In the Name and Address book open the user (or group) document that you don't want people to send e-mail to. Once in the document do File -- Document Properties and click on the key tab (security). Rather than have the box checked that reads "All readers and above" go in the list below it and check off the Domino server name, Local Domain Servers, and add any other Administrators and/or Admin groups. IMPORTANT: If you don't give the servers or administrators ability to read this document then you will not be able to delete either if needed, and the server may start getting errors in the Log.nsf file because it will not be able to see the document. This will keep the name from appearing if someone looks in the address book. They can still key in the name and send a message that way. This way if there are some people who should be able to e-mail this person they still can. Also make sure the name is not listed in any groups.
