I believe you can create an agent that will open a document, refresh it and
then save the document.  I think there may be an example in the DECS Help.
We use LEI now, so I don't have an example for you.

Thanks Dave,

Is there any way to periodically refresh the data?  The only way I've found
is to close the decs activity, preview the view in a notes client, delete
all records and re-initialize the keys. I suppose I could automate all this
in an agent, but that seems like a lot of work for something that should be
done automatically.
