Which fix in particular is the .01 fix?
The list I found at as400.ibm.com matches the list I have on my DSPPTF
command

http://www-1.ibm.com/servers/eserver/iseries/domino/lei/qmu/qlei31a01.htm
Shows;
5769LNP LEI3102 LEI3103 LEI3104 LEI3105 LEI3105
as being the fixes in the package.
I have all of these on Temporary Apply apart from 3103 which is
Superceded.

Sorry,
Are you running 3.01a or 3.01a.01?

I didn't see the .01 fix in your list. It will not apply if sf65118 is
not
applied. Thus I assumed sf65118 was not applied.
If sf65118 is applied then load the .01 hotfix for 3.01a.

SF65118 must have been installed with the cum pack that I installed at
V4R5. It's the only way I can see it being applied Permanantly.
The LEI PTF's would have been applied a fortnight later when IBM advised
us to upgrade our LEI from 3.0 (we had a CD with 3.1 on it) to 3.1a
because of our initial problem of LEI not even starting. LEI now starts
and gets data, it's just those pesky trailling spaces!
