He's right.  We do it both ways
1)  Group with it's own internet address
2)  Mail in database.

The group is simpler.
The Mail in database allows you to see if the other member(s) have worked
on the email received or not.  And you can create folders for WIP,
finished, etc.

Or you can really get creative and have an agent which posts the email into
your workflow - corrective actions, sales calls, etc.

Roger,

That is the purpose of a group. You can add and remove users as needed and
not change the internet address.
