I am running V5R1 and I do have the command. I was just wondering what
all it did.

I learned about it when the 'EZ Mail' support team of IBM was dialed in
trying to resolve my coexistence of Domino and 400 email. I think it
tells the 400 email to bind to this particular address.

Do you have the command? If not, are you running V5R1? If not, then
there are some data area's you have to build instead.

Rob, I cannot find documentation on this command on my system. What is
its purpose?

Well yes, there is - sorry.

On a V5R1 machine
ADDSMTPLE TYPE(*CLTBIND) INTNETADR('192.168.1.254')
ADDSMTPLE TYPE(*SVRBIND) INTNETADR('192.168.1.254')

On the primitive machines there are some tom-toms you can pound and some
data areas you can create.

Rob,
In't there also a step to isolate the AS/400 based services (SMTP, LDAP,
etc) to a single IP address (192.168.1.254) so that the Domino services
get the other IP address (192.168.1.1)?
