iNotes Access for Outlook (but not AS/400)

Hi all,

I have read the instructions and followed all of the steps but I can't get
this working.

I have loaded Domino 5.0.8 on an NT Server from scratch plus all of the
other bits such as Notes Admin etc. and configured the server with host
names and server names etc.

I created a DOL security document with the server name '\awhdom\au'. Is this
right? our server name is '\ho-awh-cf1\awhdom\au', so is putting
'\awhdom\au' correct?

I created a user with iNotes template MAIL50EX.NTF, and all of the other
bits of information it told me to do.

That is all the configuration I have performed on the server.

But when I connect to http://domserver/mail/user.nsf/iNotes I get this
message on the server:

'18/01/2002 13:55:03   You are not authorized to perform this operation
[/mail/nsimpson.nsf/inotes]'

I am then prompted for my password which I provide and it accepts.

I click on the link, choose the installation path, select my .ID file and
then this message on the server:

'18/01/2002 13:56:10  DOLS DSAPI Warning: Unable to find Offline Security
documen
t for user/domain Nathan J Simpson/awhdom/au or its parent.'

Does anyone know what I am doing wrong?
