I received this note from IBM...

I send this note to you to check ASAP, if you are running DOMINO on the
iSeries. Please remove this PTF.


Need to mark this PTF defective.
   PTF MF27530
   Symptoms:
      If this PTF is installed on a Domino system, the system will crash
      when Domino is used.
      If the PTF is installed on a non-Domino system, the system will
crash
      when installing Domino.

FYI:  This PTF was approved in early January and is on the current V5R1
resave.
