Yes, Internet Password has been set during user creation.

I just had a flash (or senior moment).  Do you have a password entered
in the Internet password area of the Person document?  It is different
than the password for the ID file.  This may be the source of some of
the problems, preventing both Web mail and the appropriate downloads!

The password for the iSync should be the one for the User.ID file.
