Yes this will help. Thank you for your thoughtfullness.

One year ago I had a similar problem with incident 1346534.

Rob,
The memory is completely isolated, This is why only one Domino
server was affected, while your other servers continue to run correctly.
The issue is a lack of tools to determine which memory segment is allocated
to which Domino server.

All the information is there, (each memory address is owned by a process,
each process is owned by a server,)
Today we don't have a tool to report which segments are owned by which
server,
We could go through each address and verify server owner but this would
take a few days based on the number of addresses used on a given system.

I am working on a tool that will dump memory addresses by SERVER NAME,
rather than by process owner. This will allow support to clear memory for
a specific server. (Not just memory but queues as well).

I hope this helps.

IBM/Notes dialed in. Memory leak. Got to bring down ALL servers, (or
IPL), to fix it. They are supposed to be sending me steps to call special
program after I bring down the rest of the partitions.

Anyone else buy into the line about the AS/400 being so great with
different subsystems etc?
