A couple of ways:

1) Do it from iSeries mail. Use Dave Leland's SNDMAIL command, (which
uses the QTmmSendMail API). You get full control over the sender's
address.

2) Have the user do a File, Tools, Switch id to generate this new mail.
Better yet, set up a second location document and show them how to switch
to this location. For instance I have multiple location documents for the
different users I sign on as. The differences are:
Basics
    Location name
Servers
Home/mail server. Some of the users are on different servers.
Mail
    Change the mail file name
Advanced
    User id to switch to

Multiple domains are a different issue.

I think this was covered previously, but I can't find it in the
archives...

How do you change who a message is sent from? Our marketing department
would like to send out promotional emails to customers, but want to show
the regional CSR as the sender. Location documents keep popping in my head
but I can't find anything to back it up.

Any help would be appreciated.

As a side note, would this work for hosting multiple domains? (ie. John
Doe (jdoe@acme.com) sends a message that appears to come from Mike Smith
(msmith@abc.com))
