Can anyone help me figure out what I am doing wrong, or has someone
deleted a technote?

I go to this web site:
http://www-3.ibm.com/software/lotus/support/
and search on 144636. One of the hits is:
http://www-1.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?rs=203&q=sim1*%2B144636&uid=sim13ee96f998accc52c852563e70062d42b
In there is a reference to the technote:
"New Mail-Triggered Agents Run Every 2 Hours and Reduce Server
Performance" (#144279 )
However, when I click on that link I get:
"Document does not exist or not found."
