The fix is for some issues with 6.0.1. So, I would assume that one would 
need to have 6.0.1 installed. You will need to install 6.0.1 separately 
and then apply the fix.

Do you need to be on 6.01 to apply the fix/PTF? Is the 6.01 download for 
the Iseries the one you need to install first to get to 6.01 or is it yet 
to come out?
