Then the command is 

RST DEV('/qsys.lib/tap01.devd') 
    OBJ(('/notes/data/mail/user.nsf')) 


where tap01.devd is the name of your tape drive

and user.nsf is the name of the users mail file  (this can be found in the 
person document)

First,
        Issue a DBCACHE FLUSH from the Domino console,  In case it is
still locked on the file name.

Next,
        How did you save the file?  SAV comand?  BRMS?  Tivoli?
