One person suggested that I create two names.nsf's.  The additional one 
(other than having a different name) would only have people documents for 
those who we want in our LDAP only and not in the email lookup for our 
Notes clients.  I link these databases together using directory 
assistance.

Will this work?

The reason that I don't want this used as a search for normal Notes email 
is that we have two people with the same name employed by two fierce 
competitors that are both customers of ours.  When one was in the NAB 
improper email was sent to the wrong person.  Talk about a lose-lose 
situation.
