I don't know anything about the Java, but I know that the IFS paths can be
kind of funky.  And I could see a Security exception being thrown for a
non-existent path if the security was set high enough -- just trying to go
somewhere you're not expressly allowed to.  Anyway, it was just a thought.

I don't believe so since it's responding with a Security exception rather
than something like a file/path Exception.
