At least you don't have a lot of extraneous licensed programs to deal with then. It's still very dependant on the size of the processor though. I checked with someone else here and v4r5 to v5r2 is not a two step upgrade. If you have something like a low end 170 you could be looking at 12-14 hours, a higher end 270 might be 8-10 hours including all cum ptf's and group ptf's. A very very rough guess on my part...
