If you do the blacklisting, AND the all IMPORTANT "Verify that local 
domain recipients exist in the Domino Directory:        Enabled" you 
really shouldn't have need for your agent.  That latter, when disabled, is 
a big reason for server hangs.

Thanks for all of the replies here!

We have been recovering from a mail server crash for the last week 
(nothing to do with the blacklist function) so we haven't been able to 
monitor this thread until now.

I have dropped about 50% - 60% of the junk using Rob's suggestion of 
blackholes.easynet.nl & relays.ordb.org.  I have been testing some agents 
that look for the blacklist header in each message before it arrives to 
the users mail and if this is true then it moves the message to the users 
spam folder automatically.  Does anyone know how to process an agent like 
this at the server level instead of the client level that I have been 
doing?
