Reran the CL (listed below) . . . it died with Message . . . . :   Error
encountered changing the current configuration for server
<our-dom-server-name>. Reason code 11.

How can I found out what reason code 11 mean?  Is it in a header file
somewhere?  I checked QNOTES/H but there's only 1 member . . .
