While I have accumulated a few Sametime links to various IBMers, (we connect through the built in support for AOL in Sametime), I also noticed the following on the Lotus Support Website. http://www-306.ibm.com/software/lotus/support/ Off on the far right, under "Premium Support Services" is "IBM Instant Messaging - Quickly update SW Engineer on existing PMR". I take it "Premium Support Services" is over and above Passport Advantage. I tried logging in with the same ID that I use for IBM, and the ID I use for Lotus, and neither one is kosher.
