Yeah, I was going to recommend clearing the objects as well. 

What is mail template you're using?

Try going into IE: Tools -- Internet Options -- Settings -- View Objects, 
find anything remotely related to iNotes and delete.  This should refresh 
all the iNotes related objects in the browser.  Kind of a shot in the dark 

though...  Good luck.

I have tried clear cache to no avail. The IE version is  6.0.3790.  I can 
get to the old web mail version .
