Can't remember from the thread, but have you installed all the "Critical 
Updates and Service Packs" from windowsupdate.com?

I've got the same problem with one PC -- that I know of.   Started after 
installing 6.5.1 from 6.0.2.  Running on Iseries.  PC is Windows 98.   The 

same user can sign on to another PC and it works okay.
