I have LotusScript agents that are called from our website. Many of these
agents make calls to a separate AS/400 to retrieve the needed information.

A couple examples would be:

Call
Query.SQL = "Call blahblah.thisthat('" & seqnum & "','" & fromacct & "', '"
& tozip & "')"

Read
query.SQL = "SELECT * blahblah.thatthis WHERE (DMID = '"& seqnum &"')"

The problem we are facing is that there are times when there is too much
traffic. If 5 people make requests at the same time, they are put in
'line' to be processed one at a time. As each run can take up to 10 - 15
seconds, the last one in line is waiting quite a long time. Usually
hitting the 'Submit' button 20 more times only making the situation worse.

So, I am looking for a way to allow these calls to be run simultaneously,
allowing for more than one to receive a result at a time. If any more
detail is needed, please say so. Also, please note that I am a Notes
programmer and I don't really know much(if anything) about the As/400.

Regards,
-Jeremy S.
