These are ScanMail virus pattern files. You can delete them via iSeries 
Navigator (or wrklnk).

 If you do this just be sure to leave at least the three most recent ones 
on your system. In iSeries Navigator, you can do a view-->include to 
subset those shown (LPTVPN.*) and then sort the resulting display by name. 
Those with the highest file extension numbers are the most recent.
