As Chris mentioned, I was the other person with similar problems after the
2.6 SP1 upgrade. If you go to the Trend Micro support area and search for :

                                                          
                                                          
                                                          
                                                          
                                                          
                                                          
                                                          
                                                          
 ScanMail for Lotus Notes 2.6 for AS/400                  
                                                          
                                                          
 as the product, review the 2 latest fixes they           
 suggested. I actually deleted the tmp directories and    
 recreated them myself manually and that seemed to help   
 also.
