I think I may have figured out what happened, or at least a mitigating 
circumstance.

In my DEKKO domain, I have several servers, and most of these are running 
Trend.  Thus they all have smhelp.ntf.  Unlike most of the other databases 
in 2.6, Trend did not go into replication settings and turn on 
'temporarily disable replication'.  For each record, there are ten 
Replication and Save conflicts.  These probably contributed to the size 
increase.
