I skipped over V5R2, but I don't recall any auto time change mechanism in V5R1. Out of all the posts, I'm still not sure how to make the i5 OS not change the time automatically! I am well aware of how bad Domino get's screwed up. I was going to try the new time-change feature in OpsNav, but i5 OS beat me too it and changed the time. Not a blip in the logs either. I don't think NNTP will change the time enough for a Daylight savings time change, but it hasn't been working for me anyway. I'll check the logs out later, though. Tom ==================================== Tom Kreimer Information Alternatives That's been the case prior to V5R3, hasn't it? I'm still on V5R2 and I thought we ran into it on V5R1. Anyway, since I don't have Domino running 24/7, my "solution" was to create a little CL app that shuts down Domino prior to the automatic time change and restarts it afterward. I made one for the spring change and one for the fall change. I learned a long time ago not to change the time (by much) while Domino was running. Sunday I log on to set the time and discover that OS/400 must have set itself, and my Domino was dragging, bogging down the whole iSeries. Does anyone know where this is controlled?
