Sounds like I'll have to open an issue with support.  I have some old 
repeating entries in 1998 that every time I try to delete them it locks up 
my PC and I have to reboot.

You could copy the calendar view and change the type from "Calendar" to 
"Standard". But do watch you don't delete any base docs for repeating 
entries.

Isn't there some nice view showing calendar entries sorted by date that I 
can select what I want that way?
