This match your problem? The Domino Web Access mail router incorrectly resolves internet addresses if the Person entry does not contain the MailDomain field and the name is the same as the local part of the Internet address. Setting up the following users reproduces the issue: Alison Jones is in DomainOne address book with username AJONES Amy Jones is in DomainTwo address book with the same username AJONES When using iNotes to send mail to AJONES@xxxxxxxxxxxxx, the address is converted to AMY JONES/DOMAINTWO and delivered to the wrong Solution: This issue was reported to Lotus software Quality Engineering and was addressed in Domino Web Access 6.5.2 and 6.0.4. It works fine in our notes clients. we are on Domino 6.5.1 running on OS400 V5R2 clustered environment.
