Gregg,

Are you trying to mail the file or read the file and mail the contents?
If you are trying to get the file it, make sure your path is correct for
where is it being created - including the starting "/" to start at root.

If you are trying to read and mail the contents:
Here is a subset of code we use to create a doc, read the notes.ini into
the doc and save the doc.
            Set doc = New NotesDocument(db)
            doc.Form = "INI"
            Set item = New NotesItem(doc, "Server", servername.Canonical,
NAMES)
            item.IsSummary = True
          'Get first line and initialize field
            Line Input #filenum, lineStr
            Set item = New NotesItem(doc, "INI", lineStr)
          'Read in rest of lines
            Do Until Eof(filenum)
                  Line Input #filenum, lineStr
                  Call item.AppendToTextList(lineStr)
            Loop
            Close #filenum
          'Save doc
            Call doc.Save(True, True)
