Checked and yes, same here...

Found a work-around:

Download the previous iNotes6.dll (in 
www.yourdominoserver.com/inotes6.cab)
Place it somewhere handy, i.e.: c:\windows\system32\
Replace reg.key [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\mailto\shell\open\command]:
@="rundll32.exe C:\\WINDOWS\\DOWNLO~1\\inotes6W.dll,MailToProtocolHandler 
%1"
with:
@="rundll32.exe C:\\WINDOWS\\SYSTEM32\\inotes6.dll,MailToProtocolHandler 
%1"

This works, but is not ideal: DWA will claim it's not your default mail 
client and pressing the 'make default' button will reset the reg.key.
