I usually ftp them using ws_ftp. No problem here.
Depending on the log type (http thread log, nsd, semdebug, etc.) I have to 
change the transfer from binary to text or back.

I'm no authority on that - I would think that it's just going to be EBCDIC
since that's how the system would be writing to and creating the files.

Anyone else?
